I had an issue with my rear differential in AZ, I called Sam from AZ and he helped me along the way until I got my BMW home and he completed the final repairs. Sam is honest, transparent, and cares about his customers. 10/10 would recommend German Precision!
I had an appointment with German Precision but I took my Dad's BMW somewhere else (my Dad's former spot). A light came on a week later & I took it to German Precision today. Long story short, I'm thinking I'll just take it to German Precision from now on. Clean shop says alot!
Sam has an incredible background in BMW service. He's very knowledgeable, competent, and honest. I had taken my X3 to the dealer and two other shops that specialize in BMWs. Sam is the only one that got the diagnosis correct. Then he suggested ways to save money on the repair. I am so happy to have found German Precision!
Sam is the man! Very knowledgeable, honest, great communication, and the prices are reasonable. We’ve been taking our BMWs here for years and highly recommend!
