Unlike the local dealership, who's service writers have a monetary incentive to sell you service you don't need and the techs may or may not fix what you asked, German Precision has the enthusiasm and work ethic that is so hard to find in dealerships. We took our car to Sam based on the many positive reviews here, and after meeting him, we completely understand why. Sam is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, but what stood out just as much was his honesty and professionalism.
