I think Sam is an good mechanic. Hes saved me a ton of money on my Mercedes. Very knowledgeable. He seems very busy. Hes direct and no nonsense. I haven't always liked what hes told me. Hes an honest person. That's the most important thing in business.
Friendly and reasonable prices. They repair what's needed with no upselling on things you don't need.

German Precision knows cars. They are very thorough and at a fair price.
Professional and very customer service oriented. I've had the oil changed twice here for my 2019 MB. You drop off the car by 8am and they call when it's ready. Do not expect a one hour type of setting or appointment. This works for me because I can take care of other things while I wait for their call. I have also walked around the area and found new places to eat. Their rates are VERY reasonable as well. Therefore, I do not question their manner of accepting vehicles for appointments.
