I paid this shop for a diagnostic, and not only did I never receive any actual diagnostic report, but the guy simply told me my car ‘isn’t worth fixing.’ I repeatedly asked for the diagnostic I paid for, and was told it would be sent to my email it never was. I called up there this week, no answer. They also left my truck open.
Friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable organization that has earned my trust with my vehicle.
