They have completely replaced our home after it was destroyed in a wind storm. Their adjuster was on top of things and easy to work with. Because of this incident with our home, we have collected more than we will probably ever pay back in premiums over a life time, but they have not raised our individual rates or threatened to cancel our insurance.
