These guys are awesome. Just picked up my 1st ever foreign car and as expected many questions needed to be answered. Tanner and Brendan are exceptional customer service reps. Scam scam, I have disputed on my credit card, made a claim with their state attorney generals office, and contacted the bbb. Long story short ordered motor mounts they were not in stock, I canceled my order because I needed them next day. I think his name is Darrell then tries to hit me with his processing fee…. Which was $80. For something that is not in stock nor available through his company or his vendor. That is fraud, people can do that sitting in their basement. I feel like it's a scam was not happy with my experience with then never again
Purchasing experience was flawless, called in to discuss and the rep was knowledgeable of the product. He recommended a dyno shop near them. Called them, they send many customers their way so all the way reputable business, not just a parts seller. Haven't installed the CTS Turbo intake system yet but from talking to friend, they should sound nice and with a new tune, I should be able to get some extra ponies out of that thing.
ordered a part online that said it was available. Called a week later turned out they are back ordered. Took 3-4 phone calls to get a order cancellation and for them to charge me 25% for the cancel that a part was never in stock.
