The service writer we had was great to work with. The work was completed and I'm confident it was done well. One thing that could have been better was the wait for the car. 2 hours turned to 4 hours mostly because of no parts on hand. They thought the parts were in stock at time of appointment but had to have someone go out to pick them up locally. Next time I will have them check for parts ahead of time.
