From the moment I arrived for estimate the staff were so nice and courteous and very professional. I got an awesome deal on repair, their suggestions to receive the best outcome were on point and very much appreciated. I was ecstatic at the price! Repair cost for two was less than repair cost for one at dealership! Got my car back same day and looks great! This is where you should go for all your auto repairs!!
It took a few days to complete the job, but they did it fine. Having a point of contact makea easier to communicate current status of the car. They made a duplicate of a MINI’s FOB key, just the remote control, not the emargency blade
So I took my car because the right headlight wasn't working. The guy at the desk was very nice. They gave me the first 15 minutes free which I really appreciated. Once they looked at my car they came back with a 1600 quote and said a needed a brand new assembly. I told them I'll get back with them I was gonna get another opinion. Come to find out the fuse had popped out and wasn't even in. So in my mind I'm thinking was that not even looked at before I got quoted 1600 and all I needed was a $7 fuse. I was only in Jonesboro, AR a few hours, and the Auto Clinic got my vehicle right in with no delay. I appreciated that and the fact that all servicemen were friendly and helpful.
Took a little longer than I would have liked but I’m glad they continued to work the problem until they got to a good resolution. I would recommend them and will return for any future repair needs.
