GMW came highly recommended. Do I decided to trust my car with them, as I liked what I saw. However, I was dissatisfied with the actual service . I asked if fluids would be topped up and was assured they would be. Ordered a performance air filter. All was good until u picked up the car. Found that fluids weren’t topped up! Filter ordered was the wrong one and wasn’t fitted!! I left the amount for the filter with GMW and was assured it would have been in on Monday 21/7. E46 M3 prop shaft guibo and centre support bearing replaced as part of on going maintenance. GMW were happy to use customer supplied OEM parts. Job well done.
Took my BMW in for a service and diagnostic work as it was running very poorly. Had previously been to other BMW workshops with little to no success. GMW were able to diagnose and fix the issue and get the car back to me on the same day. Cannot thank these guys enough. Professional, friendly and incredible workmanship. Thanks again guys!
