Always a warm welcome, great service and fair prices. They take good car of my Audi.
The team at German Motorsports did a great job on my Audi SQ7 after a small mishap during a routine service appointment which led to a cracked windshield. The owner got me a new OEM windshield from Audi, took it to get it calibrated by Audi directly, performed an oil change / tire rotation, topped it off with gas and detailed it, all at no cost to me. They even provided me with a loaner car. Overall, the owner and team went above and beyond to correct an honest mistake and I very much appreciated it. Thank you.
The degree to which German Motorsports outperforms other mechanics I’ve been to is remarkable. They aren’t just automotive experts they’re experts in customer service. I actually enjoy bringing my car in… who can ever say that about their autoshop??
