By far the best BMW mechanic shop I’ve ever worked with Pedro and his wife went astronomically above and beyond. Friendly, fair and the work is best of quality. If you are looking to have your German car brand worked on I HIGHLY! Recommend German Motor Werks.
I had a check engine light on and my front grill louvers were stuck open. German Motor Werks (Pedro) found that my up and lower louvers were not operating correctly. Pedro directed me back to BMW because there is an extended warranty for these problems. He let me know that BMW would do what they can to charge me for the fix, and they did. After contacting the BMW complaint department, the problem was fixed by the warranty. German Motor Werks did not charge me for check and asked for a follow up.
