I had a check engine light on and my front grill louvers were stuck open. German Motor Werks (Pedro) found that my up and lower louvers were not operating correctly. Pedro directed me back to BMW because there is an extended warranty for these problems. He let me know that BMW would do what they can to charge me for the fix, and they did. It was very frustrating finding an honest and reasonable mechanic. After meeting Pedro and reading other reviews I decided to give German Werks a chance which was the best decision ever. There were lights on my dashboard and other places couldn’t find the problem and pretty much dismissed me. But not Pedro. I can say he will be my permanent mechanic. Thank you Pedro and to your staff.
Outstanding customer service. The owner answered all of my questions and the price for my oil change was way beyond reasonable. I will be returning for my MIni Coopers maintenance. Thank you for the excellent service.
We have Been bringing our BMW’s here since Pedro opened. Finding a good auto mechanic is difficult and we really got lucky with this one! He, his wife and Team are very conscientious, reasonable, very skilled and have great customer service. Our cars are aging, but we’re able to keep them longer than we would have. Don’t hesitate, this is a great place to have your car taken care of.
Best service and best price in services for maintenance. I have been bringing my mini cooper s for repairs for many years and will continue.
