would give a 0 if possible - Absolute worst service in the world. I called this biz and was ASKED to call back the flowwing day. then some employee hung up on me three times. Not sure where the miscommunication was. I would recomened never trying to get in contact with a desision maker here. waste of time and money.
A great independent shop with people you can trust - I took my older BMW here from the city a few months back when I needed a real diagnosis and CJ and the crew were great.
If you have a foreign car - specifically German - and you are looking for a competent and trustworthy shop, look no further. CJ is truly excellent. Fair prices and expert service - period!
