Minus 5 stars. Received a quote before making an appointment. Once there was asked to authorize potential additional $240 for diagnostics just to check my bad battery before replacement. Then was ushered out the door for not adding it onto the replacement. My usual technician tests for free and will for sure keep my business forever! Paid almost half the cost of their quote.

Brought my older X3 for service - GIG diagnosed the issue, got it turned around fast, and at a very competitive price with great customer service on top. Troy was super-helpful when we encountered an unexpected additional challenge with my car, and he helped me figure out a solution without bias. I'd definitely recommend GIG for a BMW or other German car, no question. I have MINIs and plan to bring them here as well.
