German High Tech provided an excellent experience! They took care of my car problems efficiently and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Their billing process was transparent, and they were highly responsive to both texts and calls. My car holds a lot of sentimental value, and not many places are willing to work on it—but they did, and they made it a great experience. I highly recommend them if you have a German car!
These guys are the best! We've had a problematic Mini that they took the time to research and repair for us. We've been to their establishment many times over the past few years with various issues and they are always straight forward and try to work the best price for their customers. A++++

After reading a recent review I only felt it necessary to share my experience. I was a loyal and satisfied customer at German Hi Tech under the old ownership. I was even a happy and satisfied customer under the current ownership until I recently learned about repairs that were done to my vehicle without my knowledge or consent. I took my Lexus in for service and was told that I had a transmission problem which required a used transmission be installed. After the transmission was installed the problem was not fixed.
