Excellent service overall! From beginning to ends highly recommend them.
I used to go there , when I took my Merceds dealer at valencia, for transmission fluid change , the dealer service technician told me that the transmission fluid never been changed, and I asked gary as I remember to change it because has 75k miles and he charged me 2k for changing transmission fluid, and I too k it to him second time to check all the fluids and change transmission fluid for second time when it was 145 k miles on it . Then I stoped going there they charge for work never done
I have several vehicles I've taken to German Hi Tech. They always do a great job with service/repairs and never do anything you haven't approved. I've even had Serj tell me when a service I requested wasn't yet due on my vehicle. When is the last time the dealer told you it wasn't time to do a service? I highly recommend German Hi Tech. Great business with great people.
No stars if I could. Went for an inspection and they wanted to charge me over $4000+ for some problems they said my car had. Then took it to our trusted mechanic of over 15+ years and he told me the repairs would only be $600, as they had tried to make things up that were wrong with the car. The good reviews are from people who don’t know how much true repairs cost.
