Stopped by The Fresh Market today and purchased two chocolate Lady Bugs. $. 79 each not quite the same at $27 a pound at the German Gourmet. Also picked up some Ritter bars. ; only $3.29. Wish I could post the picture of the sales slip.
My daughter, son and I went there for the first time and had lunch and bought lots of goodies to bring home. They have an excellent selection of wurst, in fact, some of the best we have ever had. Finally found our"go to" place for German delicacies. Highly recommend it!
You all have the best Christmas goodies. The coffee is the very best we have ever had.
We have been going there for many years starting back in the old days when it was located in Falls Church. The food is fantastic! It truly is a family tradition, part of my childhood memories, and a tribute to our German heritage. I stop there whenever I am back in Northern Va.
