German excellence is a superior Automotive Repair Shop next to none specially "Hugo" and the best customer service experience I've come across five stars across the board
I had to have my BMW towed from my usual mechanic to German Excellence because of their expertise with European cars. My mechanic had been working on my car for days with no resolution to the issue. GE had my car up and running within 12 hours of the car getting towed there. They were extremely polite, professional and they clearly communicated throughout the time that my car was there. I think the hourly rate was fair. I will use them again. Thank you Hugo!
As always German Excellence did an excellent job servicing my Porche in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.
