It was an absolute pleasure working with German Orthodontics. Dr. German and his staffare prompt, thorough, professional and the slushies are great. My children's smiles are brighter (and definitely straighter) thanks to German Orthodontics.
I wrote the 2 comments below before I had an explanation of what had really happened. It is too long to get into but Dr. German's staff actually is really great and if I could I would remove the 2 comments below because I let me anger get the best of me before I realized the mix up. I would not want to take my daughter to any other orthodontist. We are very happy with her treatment that she is getting from Dr. German and his staff is always helpful and friendly.
Dr. German has the worst staff ever! I had to go get my daughters teeth pulled today per their direction and their referral was not at my dentist office as promised! I took off work to take my daughter to the appointment and wasted tons of time. I am not pleased with the service that I am receiving at his office or lack there of I should say.
I think Dr. German is great at what he does, however I am not pleased with his financial staff.I got a letter that they were going to send me to collections because they did not receive my payment. When I called to find out what the issue was because I did make a payment I never received a return phone call. The cost is expensive. The care is good. The staff is excellent.
I had the absolute best experience at this practice. My before and after smile is straight out of a movie! I loved each and every visit to Dr. German and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any orthodontic work you may want! BEST...ORTHODONTIST...EVER!
