I found and chose this tax preparer based on all the 5-star reviews, and I'm glad I did. So much better than my previous preparer! I was behind in filing my taxes so he did a few years' worth of filing for me, and assisted me all the way. When I was buying a house and the mortgage company started requesting all kinds of tax minutiae, he was right there with the right form.
