I do not know what the guy below is talking about. JR has gone out of his way to help me with my needs. The Custom work on my car was done at a great price. The only down time that I saw was when he was waiting for me. I work a full time job where answering my phone isnt exactly the easiest and he was consistently calling me to make sure he could help me out. Hands Down best customer service ive had at a body shop while looking for estimates. And the finished work was ridiculous for the price. -Justin

BAD , BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE – I called JR and asked him if he did custom body work and he said yes so I drove over to see him a week later the hole time that I was thier for my cars estimate he keep going to help other customer with thier estimate frist it took about and hour and than he told me he will call me later in the day but he never called !!!!!
