The experience was great! Very easy to book. I even had to make a last minute adjustment to my reservation, and they were helpful. The boat was clean and in great shape. My family loved it! Would definitely rent a boat again from them.
Terrible. We were given a pontoon boat and told the gas gauge didn’t work but we were good for the day. As we were making our way back to the marina 2 hours early we ran out of gas. Nobody responded to our repeated phone calls text messages or phone messages. We had 2 small kids with us scared. We ended up calling 911. Had to be towed back by the sheriff. When we got to the dock I said I wanted yo speak to someone in charge. They asked why. I said we tried repeatedly calling to say we needed help and his rude response was th... read more
Fantastic experience! The pontoon boat we rented was brand new, spotless, and performed perfectly. When we arrived, Heidi was incredibly friendly and made the entire check-in process quick and seamless. She also went above and beyond by helping our guests get everything loaded and ready for a great day on the water. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from German Brothers again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable boat rental experience!
We rented a pontoon boat and enjoyed a great day on Canandaigua Lake! The boat was new, rode very smooth, and we were able to tube off of it. The staff was very helpful upon arrival and through departure. We would defintely use German Brothers again.
very upset about the expirience, we rented a boat for 5:30pm and they told us to come 15 minutes erlier. there was nobody at the desk until 5:45! when we finished our rental we came to return the boat and there was two floats missing due to poor placement from the guys at the marina. the owner blamed us that we did that and tried to charge us for them 130$!!!! we showed him on the other boat how easy it is for the float to get disconected and even afer that he didnt agreed to waive the fee! he didnt realy leave us any choice... read more
