German-Bliss overpriced vs other Online retailers. Look-Up Coleman Equipment -https://www.colemanequip.com/. They have their prices-online vs GB not. In addition, GB has a variable uplift strategy of 60% on low dollar parts (<$3) 40% (<$10), 20% (<$20), and 10% on (<$40). I used their Online Chat at GB this morning for an order of ~$100. German bliss advertises " You can't miss with German Bliss" well I have missed twice. first order was in May and did NOT have "speedy shipping" as stated on parts page of website. I ordered bearings on 6/8 and paid for 3-7 day shipping, today 6/21 they are still not here. I called German Bliss customer service and was told they were back ordered. I called Befco directly and they have my parts in stock. Befco Customer Service looked up my shipping address and never got an order for my bearings, but German Bliss took my money ... read more
