In the past, I have had displeasing visits to Casey BMW for maintenance on my BMW. It was nothing but a bad experience each time. I found this shop, and I am so glad I did!! I had a superb experience with German Autowerks. My car needed multiple maintenance items completed, including brakes and spark plugs. While driving to the shop, a hood sensor went bad. German Autowerks in Youngstown is hands-down the best. I drive over an hour from Virginia Beach just to bring my BMW X5 diesel here and, I’d rather sit in traffic than risk taking it to anyone local. I brought my BMW in for control arm repair front shock assembly wheel alignment & transfer case fluid and I couldn’t be happier with the service was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
