Quoted almost £1200 for unnecessary work. I took my car to German auto centre after my car going into limp mode with fault codes for a fuel pump mechanical malfunction. After replacing the fuel feed unit and filter myself the car continued to experience issues for a short period including limp mode and the car turning itself off on one occasion. It was my first visit to get my car serviced. These guys are top notch. I would highly recommend them.
Absolutely appalling customer service. I booked an appointment to view a car. I advised I was travelling from Scotland so as I couldn’t physically view the car I wasn’t comfortable placing a deposit on the car as it was non refundable. As I was travelling down I received a phone call stating that someone else had put a deposit down on the car so it was no longer available.
