I’ve done business with them a few times over the years. They’re not too bad with newer cars but they are not genius troubleshooters with the older ones either. That being said-they’re not as great as they claim they are and they are grossly expensive.

Left old spark plugs on top of strut mount after replacement.
Went to the Woodbridge location for diagnostic and repair of two specific issues. After diagnosing, they said both issues were calibration problems and they could fix neither. That’s fine, but then they proceeded to invoice me more than $200. I feel like if they can’t fix the problem they tried to diagnose, they should not be charging me over $200.
