Very happy with the service I received from German Auto. From the initial contact where I was talked with and listened to, I felt assured and confident in their approach to their business. They not only talked me through the major service but also checked other things like had the timing belt been replaced. Once they had my Tiguan they checked back when they discovered other stuff like the accessory belt and wiper blades which also needed replacing. A complete service with lots of communication. Just spoke with Tanya on the phone. She was rude and very unprofessional, I wanted my MK 4 Golf diagnosed but apparently they cant fix anything that old and won't run diagnostics if the customer wants to do their own repairs. This is a shame as they had great service when I spoke to them back in 2021. I would recommend steering well clear if you have an older European car.

Had my car in the workshop to have a coolant leak repaired. They said it was the water pump. They replaced the pump and gave it back. I opened the bonnet, they had filled it with the wrong coolant. I called them, they took the car back to "flush" the system and fill it with the correct coolant. When I got it back it was still leaking coolant this time from the upper radiator hose.
