Great service always given at German auto. Clear prices and calls if things change. Jeremy is great at explaining things and goes above and beyond. I popped in randonmly a few weeks ago with a coolant light on and he quickly took some time to have a look and topped up my fluid and fixed my problem knowing I had a service book in a few weeks. Its these little things that make customer service so important and is lost in the larger garages.
Awesome service and excellent support in diagnosing and fixing my VW Tiguan. Provided great communication throughout the entire experience, trusted they knew what they were doing, and it's humming now like new. Will be taking my Tiguan to Getman Auto for regular service along with my Polo GTI Thanks
I recently had my Audi in with German Auto Services & Repairs for an oil service, timing belt replacement and a new rear wiper installation, and the service from start to finish was excellent. The team were professional, friendly and very efficient throughout the entire process.
