Vw gti taken in shop on tow truck as i broke down south road,excessive smoke,rough idle,3 thousand dollar bill for new injectors and valve clean,another 300 for tow truck because it is still undriveable with thick misty smoke ,idles for 10 seconds,thanks heaps guys,specially for tje snapped off bolts on manifold and 4 bolts missing all together, no old injectors to b found,not even in there bin, no1 could tell me who actually worked on it,expensive ,dissapointing experience ,infact it was over a year ago and im still talking... read more
Have been going to German Auto for years and always have a great customer service and have always taken great care of my vehicles. Would always recommend them for any European car servicing needs.
All the staff at German Auto were helpful from start to finish, patient and knowledgeable. I had a few issues with my VW Polo and was kept updated throughout, and what I really value was not feeling pressured to make quick decisions and each member of staff I spoke with took the time to explain each issue rather than making me feel silly. I’ll be booking back in for next service knowing my car and I will be well looked after. So pleased I can now drive the car without any worry that something is wrong in the background!
