We take our Audis to Joel, as he is the only person we trust. Joel is extremely knowledgable, capable and efficient. He only does the work that is required, and he gets the job done perfectly the first time. This state of his shop shows how much he cares, and his professional attention to detail. I had a great experience here! Booking the appointment was super smooth thanks to Jennifer, and I was able to drop off my car in the morning for an oil change and pick it up by noon. Joel was very friendly, explained everything clearly, and gave me helpful advice on how to maintain my car going forward. Took my VW Jetta in for what I initially suspected was an alternator issue (back in Jan). Joel quickly diagnosed the problem as the throttle body, promptly discussed the issue with me and the recommended service. While there were some delays in getting the particular part due to the fires in LA at the time, he gave me a status update each day until the issue was resolved. Planning to go here for any service needs in the future because the positive experience.
