Been coming to Rob for maybe 15 years now. Service and quality is always first rate .
Had an issue with my BMW 535I, with the TPMS sensors. Rob was able to get the sensors quickly and replace them for less than half of what the dealer wanted to charge. They were able to reset all warnings and lights and had me back driving. I live an hour away however its worth the drive. Will definitely let them do all service and repairs from now on. Thanks and Keep up the good work.
Rob is an excellent tech and takes pride in his work. He works on all my German cars and even sets up my Porsche race car. He is knowledgeable and I've never had a shop be so responsive. He's fixed my MBs, Porsches and BMWs. Look every shop messes up, and this one is no different, but he messed up (very small stuff) twice and fixed it again for free or gave me a credit for the repair. Instead of writing a bad review, why not just talk to him like a reasonable human and he will most likely help you out.
I spent a lot of money with Rob. iN the end only about half the work was done, that i asked for. The rest was subpar. The car was a wreck cosmetically after having been in their shop. The car ran the worst it had ever been, after 4 visits, each time the car ran progressively worse. Please don't trouble yourself with these folks.
