Kansas City's worst German Auto Shop – Worst customer service. Likes to use diagnostic machine for any and every thing and claim giving a "discount" on it when running through all the items on the bill. Picked up my car and had trouble starting it when pulling out of parking spot - I attributed that to not driving it much in previous 3 weeks and frigid temps and continued home. Bad Service and Experience – I took my car in for service - they 'forgot' to do the basic maintenance I requested and specified on the ticket but instead charged for services I never ordered. Unfortunately I picked up the car after hours after paying by phone not realizing what they did (or didn't do) until the next day. When I called, they told me they had to do extra work to replace a bulb - but the Mercedes books say you can replace by hand without tools on that model.
