I have a 2014 mini that my water pump had been replaced by a national auto repair place and it was leaking. So I took it here and they replaced my thermostat and housing and showed me where it was leaking and it probably wasn't my water pump that was bad. These are real mechanics. Highly recommend
I've been taking my Mercedes Metris work van here for years. The last time was to look at an oil leak they had previously fixed but had returned. Turn out to be a new leak from an near by hose. Sam said they had one at the dealer, but he had no one available to go get it. I said, "Well, I don't have a van." So he throws me his keys and his credit card. An hour and half later my van is on the road again.
Very communicative and straight to the point. I was in and out in 30 min for an oil change. No BS. Will be back
