Took my BMW in for an oil change and they purposely keyed the car its not a trust worthy place
We have been loyal customers of German Auto Repair with our current vehicle. I have experienced some difficulties with my car recently and their team has gone above and beyond to make sure that I was in a safe place and facilitated getting my SUV towed into them. When I call their office for service, I enjoy speaking with Jacque and Scott, they are always accommodating, polite and have a good sense of humor. Took my vehicle hear for a DEF hose issue, they had it for over a week and couldn't find the issue or diagnose it. I said enough with the BS I came to pick it up after I was tired of being jerked around. They gave it back with wires cut and the bumper falling off and tried to talk me into thousands of dollars worth of repairs that it NEVER had when I dropped it off. BEWARE.
Very professional staff. They did a great job fixing an oil leak on my 2016 BMW 528i. They went above and beyond to get it fixed quickly and they charged me a fair price for the work.
