Clean, organized facility. Long-term, well-trained engineer. Customer-focused in business. Their names are Jan & Zdena. Both are genuine and nice. This shop began when Jan got tired of being retired. You get the sense that once fixed, the car will stay fixed. I love my car. They do too. For real.
Fixed our older Mercedes reasonably and with a clear understanding of the technical issues, they were able to solve the problem quickly.. my only complaint is that their shop is off the beaten track by quite a bit. I can understand why given the lovely country location. I would certainly recommend them to anyone with German car problems.
