Had my car inspected before heading out on a cross country roadtrip this summer — had to do an oil change and new air filter. Luckily everything else was good to go! Really great service. Dave was helpful and insightful.
Took my wife’s 2019 BMW X3 in for squeaky brakes and some weird engine vibrations—turned out to be the motor mounts. The crew at German Auto Repair handled it quickly and got it driving like new again. No drama, no upsell, just solid work. Definitely bringing our cars back here.
German Auto Repair is my go to shop for my BMW. They are responsive and and reliable. I can always trust them to get the job done in a timely manner.
Came multiple times early in the morning to drop off car and was told they wouldn’t work on a 2014 Audi that is not mechanically difficult. They ultimately wasted my time and wasn’t happy or satisfied. I just felt not welcomed and they were very aggressive to not bring the car to there shop when I asked for a service and they agreed.
I brought my BMW 328 to have an oil and filter changed. David not only was diligent, but he was very knowledgeable, kind, and provided great advice on the car maintenance and fixed a problem with some sensors, working even out of hours to quickly deliver the car.
