I have booked my car to do a specific task that I mentioned to them when booking, they said they can do this job. After diagnosis, they went different way and finally said they can not do this software update on my car. I ended up paying 190 for a one hour job , the most expensive I ve seen for mechanics. It looks like they are not skilled or have the proper tools to fix VW cars
The staff were nothing but helpful. Dipesh & Georgia in particular kept me in the loop & provided useful info with regards to the ins & outs of my warranty claim. Good communication. Cleaned my car aswell. Would recommend them
Have only positive things to say about Wojtek, Sutso and the team here. They did a full service and replaced the rear brake units on my 2010 BMW 320d wagon which I am very particular about. Little details like tensioning the handbrake properly and giving a thorough check of all the mechanics shows they care as much as I do. Price was fair.
