The receptionist and mechanic were friendly and knowledgeable. When the receptionist offered to have the mechanic replace my headlight I was under the impression I was just purchasing the bulb so it was a surprise to see a $40 labor charge. I should have asked I guess. I went back to have my struts done and when it was time to pay they told me they had forgotten to include a part in the original estimate so that bill ended up being more than expected too.
