Very disappointed with GAD customer service. Especially after years of fidelity, admiration and thousands and thousands dollars spent on my three vag cars. Unfortunately I took so long to understand that they only want to work on your car if they provide all parts. If you want or need (my case) to supply your own parts and something during or just after the service goes wrong, they just ask you gently to NOT appear at the shop again, ignoring that mistakes on the service could happen and blaming you for having brought your p... read more
