Very disappointing experience with Germany Auto on Brisbane Road. They changed the transmission oil (gearbox oil) in my father’s car, and immediately after that the gearbox started having serious problems and ended up getting damaged. The car had no issues before the service. When we raised the problem, they did not take responsibility and handled the situation in an unprofessional way.
