After spending hours verifying my documents, my account was finally approved. Weeks later, Erica called and claimed my CDL itself wasn't acceptable and that I needed a regular driver's license or state ID. I immediately sent a message to "contact us" explaining that, as a CDL holder, I legally cannot obtain a second driver's license or state ID, and I never received a response.
