A wonderful Bank to do business
Bank calls my dad (not me) to tell me the house payment was late. I had to rush from Louisville to the bank. The other branch (near andriots) closed my deceased wife's account. This was about a month ago. By the time I was able to close the account it was drained and I was told the house payment was made. Fast forward to today and I get that call saying I need make a house payment. The lady at the counter said I was aggressive. Not the best way to talk to someone when it's the bank's mistake. Hispanic lady at the main branch has been rude on 2 separate occasions. Never greeted with a smile and her attitude is cold and hateful. Been banking there for years when citizens union. She has been that way since she's been working at the front desk. I feel that a cashier at a bank should greet customers with a smile and have a happy attitude and nothing like the way I've been treated by her. Definitely makes a customer consider changing Banks when someone that works there makes you feel that way
