I love my bank. They sure do take care of me.
A wonderful Bank to do business
Bank calls my dad (not me) to tell me the house payment was late. I had to rush from Louisville to the bank. The other branch (near andriots) closed my deceased wife's account. This was about a month ago. By the time I was able to close the account it was drained and I was told the house payment was made. Fast forward to today and I get that call saying I need make a house payment. The lady at the counter said I was aggressive. Not the best way to talk to someone when it's the bank's mistake.
