Can't recommend Germaine's in Layton enough. Extremely knowledgeable and patient staff. We worked with adam and he was so kind, patient and supportive of our needs. He worked with us for weeks until we found the right boat for our family. We are extremely happy with our purchase and all do the memories we will make. Thank you Germaine's and thank you Adam!
Adam has been extremely helpful to get our new ATX boat on the water. We had a failed ballast bag that was discovered the night prior to a Lake Powell trip. Adam was able to get us a replacement and install it first thing in the morning prior to us leaving. Adam has also been very responsive to questions we have had.
Benny at Germaine Marine in Layton is fantastic! He has taken care of my every need with my Tigé boat with great communication and excellent service! I would never buy another brand because of how well I am taken care of!
Everything started out great, was excited about the boat and the team helped me customize it to my needs. But then I had to wait almost 6 months to get my titles and registration. They kept blaming the AZ store for having the Trailer Documents. I called more than 10 times to talk with Dean and Adam. Clearly my situation was a little special but in the end Dean and Germain made it right.
