I'm new to the area and Dr Germaine was referred to me by a trusted friend who's used him for years - but has only rendered me exceptionally poor service. For example, my Eye-Drops ended up at the pharmacey as ear-drops - and with "no dosage instruction, so I'll just guess it should be what's typically listed" is how the pharmacy helped.
