Hands down the best customer service. I won't purchase a vehicle elsewhere. From the buying experience to service, they are just a great group of people.
Buying a car from Land Rover South Hills was a pleasure. I called them to be sure the Prius was still there and I would be able to check it out. When I arrived, the car was parked out front. I was able to immediately inspect and sit in the front and back. The manager Joe and Devon the sales consultant came out and introduced themselves. Devon guided me through the purchase. Land Rover core values are gratitude, enthusiasm, respect, mastery, accountability, integrity, and now. I feel that Devon fulfilled those core values.
Robert is a knowledgeable, personable sales representative who made us feel welcome at the dealership. He treated us with respect and was patient and not pushy. He answered all of our questions, and if he didn’t know the answer, he took the time to find out. We highly recommend him.
Edited: the check engine light turned off by itself after a few more drive cycles and the car ended up passing the emission test. So from that point that’s great. However I took the car to a closer Volvo dealership (Leikin Volvo in Cleveland) to check the light and even though no work had to be done, the crew member/maintenance shop said they wouldn’t take the warranty we had already prepaid for because they said the insurance was owned by another company and they wouldn’t take the warranty if it was bought somewhere else wi... read more
