Brian was exceptional to work with @ service!
I essentially paid $200 for half a can of Diet Coke because they sure lied to my face about what they did to my car. Disgusting business. Edit: after posting this review they called me for weeks multiple times a day groveling to get me to change this review. I don’t change reviews because you don’t want people to know you offer terrible service. Maybe don’t lie to your paying customer’s face and you won’t get a bad review.

In this time of A.I. and poor customer service GERMAIN is OUTSTANDING. The whole sales process was excellent. From the saleman ( Keith Woods) to the management, first rate. I had an issue with the car and the sales mgr and service mgr attacked it without a problem. Any car I buy from here on, it will be from GERMAIN!!!! GREAT PEOPLE!! GREAT SERVICE!!!
