I can't say the service was all in all a disappointment - but one part ordered and on hand for ample amount of time was damaged and it did cause a delay in the service/repair. Lastly, I had them bring my Volvo around so I could bring her home - and as per their own word, it was vacuumed and washed..... except for the drivers side door.
