Polite and running on schedule, which is appreciated. Several people checked on me to see if I needed coffee or anything, also appreciated. Just bought a Tacoma from them in August and we will keep getting serviced here even though I live north of Ann Arbor.

I typically do my own service, but I had a 5k-mile cross-country roadtrip planned pulling a camper, so I wanted the dealership to inspect my Tundra thoroughly, as well as check out a couple of issues. In short: they were exceedingly polite, but their competence leaves much to be desired. I'll keep it brief: 1. I had a knocking sound coming from the rear differential. Bought a used ($30k) vehicle, no lights on the dash. 2 hours down the road everything is going haywire. Dealer cleared codes before purchase. Be careful!

I had to get some routine maintenance done, and everyone there was so friendly, and they do not take advantage of you to get more money out of your visit. I have been to the Ann Arbor service center before and was not super pleased up there, so decided to give them a try, and I’m glad I did! We will be back for the next service for sure.
