Jayden Holly, Service Advisor, provided outstanding service for me this morning. He solved a problem I was having... and I'm not afraid to drive my car again!! (It sounded like the wheel was going to fall off lol) The rattle noise is gone! Jayden was very polite and I will return to Germain for all my maintenance going forward.
Polite and running on schedule, which is appreciated. Several people checked on me to see if I needed coffee or anything, also appreciated. Just bought a Tacoma from them in August and we will keep getting serviced here even though I live north of Ann Arbor.
I typically do my own service, but I had a 5k-mile cross-country roadtrip planned pulling a camper, so I wanted the dealership to inspect my Tundra thoroughly, as well as check out a couple of issues. In short: they were exceedingly polite, but their competence leaves much to be desired. I'll keep it brief: 1. I had a knocking sound coming from the rear differential.
