My first service experience with Germain Toyota in Dundee. It was great, Friendly and fast. The service writer explained all steps and the waiting area was comfortable. I will be making them my default service provider for my Tacoma
EDIT 8/5/25: I really had a great experience purchasing the vehicle in 2024. Sadly I can't say the same about their service department. It was like pulling teeth to find out if I could get a replacement part for my rear brake light. Then they said they would call me within the week when it arrived. They never called. When I finally remembered to call them (a month later), the parts department confirmed they had the part but left me on hold for the service department that never picked up. These guys are very fair and enjoyable to work with would buy from again. And service is outstanding
