Germaine Toyota in Dundee, MI has given me good service on my 2015 Camry . I was able to schedule a next day appointment for an oil change. I also had questions about another problem involving a recommendation from an auto facility for an issue with my car that totally surprised me. My service technician, Jayden Holley, listened, had the issue checked out and found it not to be a problem after all. Good advice and recommendations are given but I never feel pushed to agree. Toyota of Dundee is the place to go to get your next vehicle. Camden Shaw was my salesman, and he was awesome to work with. I ordered a new Rav4, which meant I had to wait awhile for them to get one in. He kept me informed the entire time and was always available if I had any questions. I highly recommend them.
Mandy was great! She worked with us over the phone, text, and email due to us being out of town, and made it still feel like a hometown experience!!
