I had been looking for another Toyota to replace my 2007 Camry. I saw a 2016 Corolla offered on the dealer website and made an appointment to see the car. I was met by Rudy, who was very personable. He took me to see the car and I was pleased. I then took a test drive and was even more pleased. I brought a check to the dealership the next day and spent about an hour finalizing the sale. I am very pleased with the experience I had at Germain Toyota.
We drive from Ohio to Dundee Michigan trusted the salesperson ****he said he checked things out for us, he told us there was a problem with the brakes so he'd have them fixed. In less than 12 hours, there was a serious problem with the brakes. I called ***, but now that he already had the sale( cash mind you) he didn't seem to care. At this point it was our only working car, and were going to shop for a second one. I have purchased 2 Toyota's from Wolverine Toyota and had great service each time. I also service my non Toyota with them, they work on all makes and models.. Staff is always friendly a great place for your vehicle needs.
