My wife was treated rudely and with total disrespect by the woman working the counter this afternoon. Our toyota car had been in an accident and we scheduled an appointment that we thought would be an evaluation and the first step in beginning the repair or replace process. We were refused service because we reported the crash to our insurance company already, this made no sense as legally we had to report it to our insurance. Poor customer service, sent home with a broken headlight that was caused by the body shop. Emailed the manager of Germain Toyota in detail my experience. Still to this date no response. Would not recommend
