Excellent service. You feel you're at a higher end auto dealership.
The service advisor, Spencer was helpful and the whole process was very easy. Spencer was such a nice young man and attentive.
I had a really good experience at Germain Mazda Service. I really like the one person to deal with for the entire service process, Toni was excellent and it reduced the treadmill feel of many service departments. Also, big fan of the inspection video the tech did of my car along with their expertise on my headrest speakers. Good team, I will be back.
