I LOVED Dr. Germain! My root canal was almost painless. I did have a problem with not being told in advance about getting a 5% discount if I paid in cash or by check. When I found out on my first visit, I didn't have my checkbook or $1200 in cash so I couldn't get the discount. If I had been told about this, I certainly would have had the cash or a check!
