I wish I could give zero stars. Michael Germain helped my elderly father's caregiver change my father's will, trust and POA to benefit her and her children. Shortly thereafter she was charged with financial elder abuse and is currently facing trial. My dad passed away during the holidays and rather than help our family get beyond this awful nightmare so we can grieve, Mr. Germain has been defensive and confrontational and has yet to provide us with the Certificate of Independent Review from an independent attorney required b... read more
