The team at Germain were very polite & kind. They encountered multiple issues while repairing my vehicle, but they kept me informed of each issue as it occured and the additional costs involved. Ripped me off up to thousands, would pay hundreds to get my car out of the shop for it to break down same day I get it out of the shop, not helpful, very rude to customers.
Did an oil change didn't take long and got me in at my appointment time. Disappointed because I thought with a tire rotation the least they could have done is put air in my tires. So after spending 122 dollars i had to run up the street to put air in my tires even though you would think that would have been done.
