Heather was fair and honest in my dealings with her but also kind, easy to work with, and punctual. Highly recommend.
Germain Honda of Beavercreek's service department is very busy, but they focus on customer service as best as they can. Calling them to speak with a live person instead of leaving a voicemail can be challenging. I don't know if they have someone dedicated to processing voicemail messages, or it is up to anyone who is available. I have called a few times and get dumped to voicemail, but it is annoying when I don't get callbacks.
Ray was outstanding working with me and my girlfriend so she could buy her first new car! Everything you hear negative about car salesman Ray is the opposite. I highly recommend him to everyone looking for a new car!
Really enjoyed working with Ray! He made the deal and the entire process very smooth.
