Below is a report that I wrote the last time I had my car serviced at Germain BMW South. Yesterday I was back for my latest service for both of my vehicles. Once again Geoffery Kaleal did not disappoint. He promptly diagnosed the issue that I was having on my X5 and had my X3 serviced as well. Keeping me informed was a priority and Geoff excelled. Geoffrey Kaleal is by far one of the best service advisors I have had to pleasure of dealing with. He is polite, responsive, respectful and informative. Geoff's years in the automotive industry are evident in the knowledge he demonstrates about my BMW.
Mr. John Bradley and his colleagues made my buying experience quick and seamless, even from a few hundred miles away. They were more than happy to work with me on price and provided answer to any questions I had. They made it easy to communicate and got things done quickly and efficiently. They provided me updates consistently and even recommended a shipping service that was affordable and quick. Could not be any happier with my purchase and how well this team treated me even without meeting face to face!
I hate buying cars!! Still do. But, Javier Castro provided the easiest and fair experience of my life - and I am old. The price of the car I bought was in line with all my research. So while I think everything is negotiable, there was no need to beat them up on the new car price. So right then I had a level of “this may not be so bad”. But the bigger issue was my trade.
