Germain is Germain. Very matter of fact. Either you love him or you don't. He has helped me over and beyond what others could not do. He's not running a social club, but he's the best in his field.
In my opinion the worst rheumatologists I have ever met. Very unprofessional and uncaring. His office staff are very impolite and do not care about patients feelings. In my opinion this old man needs to retire because he is no longer able to show any compassion for people that have severe pain due to autoimmune disorders and rheumatoid disorders. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to him. Very upset with him. I have thought about notifying the American Board of medicine to file charges for unethical treatment.
